Shipping/Returns


Typically orders take 5 business days to process. However, during holidays and sales, processing will be 10 business days. If this is ever the case, customers will always be updated and made aware of the processing changes. We appreciate that you want your order and do our best to process everything quickly. Please understand that processing relates to filling and packing the order, and shipping comes after the order is processed; your order is mailed shortly after. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. We will review so that we can provide a refund or send you another item. Products will need to be shipped back to process a refund or an exchange. Once received, a refund or exchange will be issued.
