How long is shipping?
We thank you very much for ordering and appreciate your business. All orders are processed in 5 business days (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). After the processing period, orders will be mailed via the shipping option you selected at the checkout. Tracking information will always be sent via email, and you will be able to also track your order status online. If, for any reason, you have trouble with tracking or your order, please email us at customerservice@kariation.com.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you no longer require your order, please email us at customerservice@kariation.com with your order # in the subject line with a request of cancellation in the body of the email. Orders that are unprocessed will be canceled at no cost. However, if your order has shipped, you will need to return the items and pay a negative inventory fee, which will be charged depending on the items ordered. The negative inventory fee is charged as all items are made to order, and if returned, are disposed of.
How will I get my refund?
All refunds are processed in 3-5 business days and will be refunded to your original payment method. However, it can take up to 30 days for funds to credit back to your account, depending on your Financial institution. If needed at any time, proof of refund can be given.
Do you test on animals?
KARIATION would never in any way, shape, or form practice on nor harm, animals. Our products are 100% cruelty-free and will stay that way. All items are tested on Kariation’s owner and her dedicated test team.
Do you charge tax?
Kariation does indeed charge tax. The charging of tax is required by law and will always be charged.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer 100% international shipping currently. Our approved zones areas include the U.S, Canada, Jamaica, and the UK. We are working on providing full international shipping so please be patient with us. If you live outside of our approved zones & really would like to order, we strongly suggest looking into a US forwarding company like Shipito which gives you a U.S address. Once they receive your package, they will handle the international shipping and deliver your order.
Will the body products help cure my dry skin?
Kariation makes no promises that our items will cure ANY skin condition. The ingredients that we use ARE good for the skin, but it is never a promise it will improve or fix anyone’s skin condition. Everyone’s skin is different, and what works for others may not work for you. We suggest you test out our products and see if they are for you.
Why must my card billing address and shipping address be the same?
This policy is put in place to protect against fraud. It is quite common where stolen credit cards are used to make purchases mailed to an address different from the billing address. Businesses lose a lot of revenue due to chargebacks from fraud purchases, and we want to be sure to avoid that. If your shipping address is indeed different from your billing address for any reason, please be sure you purchase a signature confirmation where you will need to show id to collect your order. This protects you and us.
Can I request the body oil without the essential or fragrance oil?
Yes, you can. To facilitate this, please email us directly at customerservice@kariation.com with the subject, “Body butter w/o essential oil or fragrance.”
Do you sell wholesale?
Currently, Kariation does not offer wholesale.
Do you do local pickup or drop off?
Kariation does offer local delivery in surrounding areas. If you're in a area within our delivery radius, local delivery will be displayed in the shipping section during checkout. Local delivery charge is $5.00. If you have any questions, please call us at (440) 571-2409.
Are the rose petals you use real?
Our rose petals are 100% naturally dried roses that are grown and picked here in the USA.
Why is natural soap so expensive?
All-natural soap is priced at a higher amount then a lot of popular chemically made soups simply because of the ingredients. All-natural ingredients cost more then the standard damaging or synthetic chemicals.
